Information collected on this site is for the sole use of Chesapeake-Potomac
Region Convention, Incorporated. The information shall not be shared or sold
to any third parties. Phone numbers and email addresses will be used to contact
convention attendees should there be problems with their registrations, or
should additional information be required. Mailing addresses will be used to
send registration confirmations and registration flyers for the following years
convention. We do not store credit card or bank account numbers. After our
needs for the information are complete, we will expunge all information from
our systems. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized
intrusion into our systems.
