In Person at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, Ocean City, MD

Convention Registration

To: CPRCNA XXXIV Registrants:

Due to the recent announcement provided by the state of Maryland, the CPRCNA XXXIV registration site has been suspended.  We will post a decision for the convention being held on April 17-19, 2020 in Ocean City, MD within the next few days.  We ask for your patience and understanding during this time and we assure you that we are evaluating what will be best for the safety of our members.

Why Register?

Our Seventh Tradition states, “Being self‐supporting is an important part of our new way of life.” (Basic Text, page 70, 6th Edition). Registration fees pay for the facilities we use, the DJ’s we dance to, and all other expenses related to putting on the convention.

Save Money! Register In Advance!

Why? The easy answer—to save money! Pre- registration is $10 cheaper than registering on-site. But, it’s not the only reason to register early. All online registrations received by February 17, 2020 will receive a gift. When members register and buy event tickets early, we can better plan to meet your needs at the convention.

Registration Information

Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by March 18, 2020. Online registration is available through April 10, 2020. After April 10, only on-site registrations will be taken beginning at 10:00 am on Friday, April 17, 2020 at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center.

Click here to register on-line. For additional information call 301-420-4404, option 2, to leave a message for the Registration Subcommittee or send an email to Registration@cprcna.org.

Limited childcare will be available for a fee on a first-come basis (Childcare will cost $25.00 for a block of 4 hours and $10.00 for each additional hour after 4 hours). Teenagers 13 and older must register at the adult price.
* Attendees of all ages must purchase a ticket to attend any paid events.

The Most Important Person
